Kate has extensive experience in global business and marketing strategy, having worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at global auction house, Sotheby's, as well as for digital and full service marketing & graphic design agencies in her 20 year career.

She has created strategies, carried out customer research, developed launch plans, built marketing plans around budgets, large and small, and varied requirements, negotiated deals on global advertising plans, advised clients not to spend money on marketing until they were ready with their internal processes, posted statuses, tweeted and pinned on a variety of social media platforms, directed photographic shoots and taken the photos, convinced the non-believers in marketing to believe, explained the technical to the non-techies, lead the build on complex websites and sent many beautifully designed emails; all of this and more to a varied group of industries from artists and auctioneers, private schools and IT companies to builders, lawyers, local shops and global retailers.
